Lockdown has presented many challenges to us as we have sought to continue to support our young people and their families. Here are a few of the things we’ve been doing:
- Developing a Facebook group and Instagram page in order to communicate with young people and to give regular devotions and challenges etc
- Connecting families with the LS11 Food Hub in order to ensure families receive regular food parcels delivered
- Delivering regular activity packs for young people to keep them busy and entertained during lockdown (see pictures above)
- Visiting young people where possible (obviously following government guidance)
- Running a Deeper Space group and occasional Space Games Nights on Zoom
