In February Ben, Claire and Lori took 10 young people from Beeston and Halton Moor to join with over 100 young people from across Leeds at an overnight event based at Bridge Community Church and St Matts in Burley. We took part in fun, games, teaching, worship and mission. We were blessed by the kind weather on Saturday afternoon when the mission activities took place. We ran a Family Fun Day at St Matts, tidied the grounds of a local school, cleared litter from local streets, hid wooden art prayers in the local area for people to find and planted 100 pots of wild flowers to bless the local residents and to invite them to the Church.
